Office lighting modernisation — Lufthansa Systems Hungária, Infopark

The lighting modernisation of the Lufthansa Systems Hungária office was one of our largest and most complex office projects, carried out across four floors, 5,000 m² and nearly 120 rooms. During the project we replaced the outdated T5 fluorescent lighting system entirely with modern, energy-efficient LED solutions. In the offices we installed suspended direct/indirect (up/down) LED light lines, in the corridors LED downlights, and LED luminaires matched to the central battery emergency lighting system. One of the greatest professional challenges of the installation was that we had to create a solution compatible with the CEAG central battery emergency lighting system operating in the building — we delivered the system integration in full and reliably. The nearly 1,000 LED luminaires installed in total provide not only significant energy savings but also a higher level of visual comfort and a uniform, premium office lighting environment. The professional standard of the project is well illustrated by the fact that the office was entered into the Office of the Year competition as part of the Green&Smart concept.

Design LED luminaires in the Downtown Hotel, Budapest

Meeting the expectations of interior designers and clients is not simple, but thanks to a great deal of work and our many manufacturer contacts we believe we solved the task entrusted to us successfully, and splendid design LED luminaires were finally installed.

Lighting modernisation of the conference rooms at the InterContinental Hotel

In the spring of 2025 we carried out a lighting modernisation in the conference rooms of the InterContinental Hotel. We renewed the first-generation LED system installed 15 years earlier with more efficient LED downlights and LED spotlights consuming almost half as much power. The old LED luminaires were tied into a Crestron audiovisual system, which is also able to communicate with DALI luminaires. The LED luminaires we installed, communicating over the latest DALI 2.0 protocol, were programmed onto the existing Crestron system so that operation and control remain undisturbed.

Custom, hand-made lampshades in the LifeStyle Hotel, Budapest

The rooms of the LifeStyle Hotel were given a facelift, and the materials and colours envisaged by the interior designer had been chosen. Our task was to make the shades of the floor lamps in the rooms from the same quilted fabric used to upholster the beds and headboards. The table lamp shades were made of grey quilted fabric to harmonise with the interior. As we also work with hand-made lampshades and custom-made LED luminaires, this task presented no difficulty. KAHAN ART SPACE BUDA — exhibition space lighting

In 2024 we built a three-phase track LED lighting system in the Kahan Art Space exhibition hall in the 11th district of Budapest, mounted entirely on a custom-designed and custom-made luminaire support structure. The exhibition space is lit by focusable and dimmable LED spotlights and linear LED luminaires compatible with the three-phase track. Both the lighting and the support structure were designed and installed by Pannon Lighting Kft.

Lighting modernisation of a CBA grocery store

In Mende we modernised the first-generation LED panels of the CBA grocery store with a freely configurable three-phase track system, fitted with LED light strips featuring special shelf-lighting optics. The great advantages of the three-phase track are flexibility, cost efficiency and quick installation. We carried out the work during opening hours, so the store did not have to close for a single minute. Three-phase spotlights with special colour filters were installed above the butcher's and bakery counters to keep the featured products colour-true. At the checkouts we installed striking custom-made giant ring luminaires 1.5 metres in diameter, powder-coated in CBA red.

SIEMENS offices with custom-made LED luminaires

At the client's request we created a fully autonomous lighting system without conventional switches in the Siemens offices, using combined DALI light and presence sensors. All LED luminaires, including the custom-made circular DALI-controlled ones, were supplied by Pannon Lighting Kft.

Lighting modernisation of the conference rooms at Thermal Hotel Visegrád

In the summer of 2024 we modernised the lighting of the hotel's conference rooms, providing complete lighting design and installation with digitally controlled DALI LED luminaires. Alongside more than 300 LED luminaires the conference rooms also received an entirely new DALI controller, which makes the lighting adjustable to user needs.

Lighting modernisation of the common areas in the OG2 office building

Office Garden II stands in Kelenföld, in the 11th district of Budapest. Commissioned by property developer Erste, we had to deliver the complete lighting modernisation of the building's common areas. During the project we modernised nearly 1,000 luminaires with fittings built on the latest LED technology, naturally in compliance with the applicable lighting standards. Under an EKR tender, and certified by an energy expert, we achieved nearly 60% energy savings for our client.

Lighting modernisation in the EXE Hotel lobby and restaurant

The hotel controlled its luminaires — fitted with conventional halogen lamps — through what is by now an outdated analogue system of central phase-cutting and 1–10 V dimmers. At the client's request we had to create a lighting system in which the new LED luminaires could still be controlled through the existing dimmer units, without major conversion. Once the task was completed, the LED lighting system runs on nearly 70% less power, without any need to disable or modernise the control units. This saved our client a great deal of time and money.

Lighting design and supply for the ALDI store in Vecsés

Our task was to light the shop window as strikingly and attention-grabbing as possible, so we designed 800 lx general illumination around the main entrance, choosing a luminaire with a warm 2700 K colour temperature to make the store as inviting as possible both to passers-by and to customers stepping inside.

Meeting the expectations of clients and interior designers is not simple, but thanks to persistent work and excellent manufacturer contacts we believe we solved the task entrusted to us successfully, and handsome design LED luminaires were finally installed.

Lighting modernisation at Hungary's largest freight forwarder, Waberer's

During the works we modernised 588 LED panels, 78 LED lens luminaires and 36 dust- and moisture-proof LED luminaires. In the meeting rooms we built DALI-controlled LED lighting, which benefits our client because it gives them a space suitable for several functions — an event, or a presentation with a projector, for example. The installation was made considerably harder by the fact that the LED luminaires had to be replaced while work in the building continued.

Eleven Center car park lighting modernisation

In the autumn of 2023 we also carried out the lighting modernisation of the Eleven Center car park, using Connecto Marine IP65 integrated LED workshop luminaires with adjustable output. The great advantage of this luminaire is that its output can be set in four steps (30 W, 40 W, 50 W and 60 W).

Office lighting modernisation in the Regus offices

Our summer 2023 project was the lighting modernisation of the Regus offices in downtown Budapest. We installed suspended linear integrated LED luminaires in 68 offices. Every office has ceiling heating, so we carried out the installation by marking the fixing points with a thermal camera.

Outdoor lighting modernisation in the First Site passage, Budapest

In October 2023 we completed an outdoor lighting modernisation in which the switch to modern LED technology brought significant benefits. Thanks to LED lighting the project achieved considerable energy savings, as these light sources deliver high luminous output at lower power consumption.

Industrial lighting modernisation at vegetable oil producer Bunge Zrt.

In the spring of 2023 we carried out a lighting modernisation with industrial LED high-bay luminaires and IP65 dust- and moisture-proof LED workshop luminaires at Bunge Zrt., one of Europe's largest vegetable oil plants. The work was completed under very strict occupational safety requirements; we installed more than 1,000 industrial LED high-bay and workshop luminaires in total, delivering nearly 80% energy savings for the plant.

Lighting modernisation at a well-known boiler manufacturer

We carried out a lighting modernisation in the warehouse hall of the Immergas boiler plant in Szigetszentmiklós. The uneconomical 400 W metal halide high-bay fittings were replaced with high-efficacy (150 lm/W) 150 W LED high-bay luminaires.

Lighting modernisation at Klauzál Ház

Commissioned by the South Buda Cultural Centre, we modernised the building's suspended ceiling lighting. The most advanced recessed industrial LED luminaires currently available on the lighting market were installed.
