LED — lighting for corridors, stairwells and circulation areas
Good lighting is needed for orientation in the corridors and stairwells of public and educational buildings.
These areas also serve as rest and conversation zones during breaks. For safety, every circulation area — and stairwells in particular — must be well lit and free of glare. Since lighting is only needed intermittently in these spaces, a significant part of the energy can be saved with motion-sensing lighting control.
Today, standby lighting too is almost exclusively LED technology.

Stairwells and lifts: 150 lx
